BOSTON BUTT ROAST

This roast comes from the shoulder, one of the tastiest parts of the Iberico pig. A versatile cut that can be slow cooked alone or used in many recipes. An incredible piece of meat for barbeque. You will loose some weight during cooking as the fat renders out of the meat, but the juicy flavor of the finished product is superb. A common size is 4-6 lbs, though size may vary from 2.5 to over 6 lbs.
