The Bacon Burger is seasoned ground Iberico pork infused with ground, hickory smoked dry-cured bacon. Conveniently packaged in a vacuum sealed package. Open and eat them all, or take out one for a quick burger and reseal in a zip lock bag stored in your freezer. The patties are about one inch thick so you can thaw and press them out to the burger width you want.
