Our Chorizo Burger is a blend of ground pork, flavorful Iberico high-oleic fat, and a mild Spanish chorizo seasoning with smoked paprika and garlic. It is one of our family's favorites, especially on a sweet Hawaiian roll. Conveniently packaged in a vacuum sealed package. Open and eat them all, or take out one for a quick burger and reseal in a zip lock bag stored in your freezer. The patties are about one inch thick so you can thaw and press them out to the burger width you want.
