Shipping and Billing Policy

All orders are shipped from our farm hard frozen in heavily insulated shipping containers with frozen gel packs to help maintain frozen conditions during transit.  Your meat should arrive frozen or very cold to the touch.

Except for a few special orders like whole pigs or orders requiring additional packaging, we charge a flat rate packaging and shipping fee of $29 for UPS ground shipping within a  2-day or less shipping window of our farm.  (Three day shipping only in cold weather or with additional packaging.) We usually ship on Mondays through Wednesdays to avoid any weekend delivery problems.  UNPACK AND PLACE THE ORDER IN YOUR FREEZER IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS ARRIVAL.  If the order is not frozen or nearly frozen when it is delivered, promptly check the softest part of the meat with a meat thermometer and contact us.

Orders are shipped UPS Ground within a 1-3 day delivery zone, which includes these states:

1-Day Delivery: Most of FL (except parts of panhandle) and most of GA (except parts of N. GA)

2-Day Delivery: AL, N. GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA and WV. 

3-Day Delivery: AR, CT, DE, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, VT, TX, WI and Washington DC (3 day shipping not be available during hot weather or may require additional packaging)

If you live outside of these states (1-3 day ground delivery zone) or want it faster, please contact us for a quote on air freight charges and/or to place an order.

We do not process your payment until your order is packed and ready for shipping.  Our product descriptions generally include ESTIMATED individual package weights.  We process your payment only after we have a final weight for your particular order and immediately send you an email notification.  If there is a significant weight variation and you would like to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us promptly before we ship.
